Oscar Wilson is a New Zealand–born actor, dancer, and writer based in Los Angeles.

After graduating from The Actors' Program in Auckland — NZ's selective screen and stage conservatory, with an Artistic Board including Michael Hurst and Jennifer Ward-Lealand Te Atamira — he worked with Auckland Theatre Company across two main stage productions, including Peer Gynt [recycled], co-presented with the Auckland Arts Festival. Further theatre credits include Q Theatre and Basement Theatre, Auckland.

His debut US leading feature, The Dæmon, premiered in London at FrightFest and debuted at #1 on Screambox in the US, holding that position for four consecutive weeks. His latest short We're Not Them premiered at Beyond Fest Chicago. Two further US shorts are in post-production: Dancer, and Dripping Wet, directed by Denna Thomsen (Euphoria, Rebel Moon, Birds of Prey).

His movement background spans kapa haka and Māori performance tradition, conservatory dance training, and competitive and commercial work. He is currently developing Big Time, a semi-autobiographical feature about dancers and artists in Los Angeles.
